A few weeks ago Forager founder Miles Irving took a trip to The Warren in Folkestone on the Kent coastline to talk about the rich diversity of plant life at our fingertips and what wilderness really means.

For the past two weeks we have been hard at work revamping and refitting the kitchen at Forager HQ and today it got its first use when a team of chefs from the HIX group came down for a day of experimentation.

You would be hard pressed to find anyone from our fair isles who would consider a small leisure centre in the Calder Valley of West Yorkshire as, by definition, an arena of ‘exoticism’.
