Ingredients

50g alexanders

30g grated onion

Small clove garlic crushed

80g pomegranate seeds /40g cranberries sliced

60g savoy cabbage chopped finely

2 dessertspoons almond oil/nut oil

Salt

 

Method

Combine all ingredients together, dress with the oil and mix thoroughly. This salad can sit for a little while as is before being eaten if necessary.
