Ingredients

20g 3-cornered garlic finely chopped
1 medium carrot, grated
20g alexanders stalks
40g wild cabbage stalks, chopped into 4mm pieces
50g crab apples, thinly sliced then roughly chopped (once stalks and tops are removed)
1 small onion (30g or so), finely chopped
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsps mustard vinaigrette (proportions as follows: 5 tbsps rapeseed oil; 2 tbsps red wine vinegar; 1 tspn honey; 1 teaspoon mustard powder; ½ tspn sea salt).
 
Method:

Chop everything, mix together then stir in dressings.
