Ingredients

- 20g dulse, chopped into very thin strips;
- 14g capers, roughly chopped;
- 10g onions very finely chopped;
- stalks of 7g wood sorrel;
- 4 tablespoons rapeseed oil.
 
Method:

Combine ingredients and leave for a couple of hours before using.
